Recruitment Process

A.	Capturing your exact manpower needs thru a DEMAND LETTER and extending a personalized solution to your recruitment requirements.
B.	Execution of candidate pooling for your nationality of choice and coordination with our business partners vis-à-vis facilitation of embassy required recruitment documentations.
C.	Profiling of candidates and securing of required work experience and educational credentials/certificates. Trade testing (if required).
D.	Pre-screening and interview of Al Tayyar Manpower Co., W.L.L. Services.
E.	Candidate endorsement to the Employer/Client for shortlisting either through phone, Telecon, Skype or in-person interview.
F.	Successful candidates subjected to medical examination and submission of required work permit visas will be coordinated..
G.	Facilitate on recruitment documentations/attestations from country embassies for Employer’s accreditation and the candidate’s passport stamping.
H.	Pre-deployment seminars from worker’s country of origin.
I.	Coordination of PTA, arrival schedules etc.
J.	Notification of candidate’s formal joining.

Recruitment Rates

A.	Semi-skilled - skilled categories Rates are based upon the volume of your manpower needs along with the set fees required by foreign agencies. (E.G. labourer, operator, technician, entry-level category).
B.	Professional categories Rates are based on one-month salary offered to successful candidates (degree holders, managers, supervisors and licensed professionals).
